CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD CENTRAL VALLEY REGION RESOLUTION NO. TIME SCHEDULE FOR FORWARD, INC.., CLASS II-1 DISPOSAL SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY WHEREAS, the: California Regional .Water Quali -Control Boar tral Valley Region, (hereafter Board), on 23 March 1973, adopted Order No. 183 which prescribed requirements and a monitorin d reporting program fo t discharge of wastes to land for disposal ; an WHEREAS, the Board, on 10 December, 8 adopted a revised monitoring and reporting program for Order No. 73-1 hich inc ded a time schedule for the installation of additional ground w t monitor'n wells; and WHEREAS, a discharge of waste is t pl or threatening to take place that violates or will violate the fol w g requirements of Order No. 73-183: "A. Discharge Specifications: "6. Group l waste and any water that has contacted the waste materia s s ined in the area designated for Group 1 waste osal . "7. The Di c anger shall .-comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Progra o. 73-183 as specified by the Executive Officer."; and WHER S, the cuti.ve Officer, on 12 April 1983, ordered Forward, Inc. , to submit a a e time schedule of specific actions to correct or prevent a violation of requirements specified above; and WHEREAS, Forward, Inc. submitted on 2 May 1983 a detailed time schedule to comply with .the Order of 12 April 1983; and
