NTRAL LA DF`ILL '' L1- 1H ALTIA D TSS I .T_,, <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO HIRE APPRAISER <br /> THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DOES HEREBY authorize and direct <br /> County staff to investigate the feasibility of purchasing the <br /> Forward, Inc. landfill site, exclusive of the area utilized by <br /> Forward, Inc. for its present operations, and <br /> FURTHER, THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS authorizes and directs <br /> County Counsel to negotiate and execute an agreement to hire an <br /> independent appraiser, at a cost not to exceed $8 , 000, to prepare <br /> an appraisal of the Forward, Inc . landfill site, exclusive of the <br /> area utilized by Forward, Inc. for its present operations. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above order was passed and adopted on October 4 , 1983 <br /> by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: YOSHIKAWA, BARBER, WILH ITC STA, ALVA, <br /> NOES: ?DONE <br /> ABSENT: <br /> n0NE <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> JORETTA J.
