Carlson & Modus <br />Systems, Inc. dated June 30, 2020 for the Delta Charter Elementary School and submitted on August <br />13, 2020. <br />The proposed Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) design includes installation of Jensen <br />precast 7,500 gallon septic tank, dual sump pumps and 12- 100 ft leach lines. The proposed OWTS <br />design is based upon wastewater usage of 4,032 gallons per school day resulting from 420 students, <br />22 teacher and 10 administration staff. <br />The proposed septic design is approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Obtain engineer designed septic system permit from environmental health department prior <br />to construction. <br />2. The soil cover over the Jenson precast 7,500 -gallon traffic rated septic tank shall not exceed <br />6 ft. <br />3. The septic tank shall be at least five (5) feet from any property line and five (5) feet from any <br />foundation, structure, swimming pool or driveway if the tank is watertight. <br />4. The audible and visual alarms must be located in an area that can be readily seen and heard. <br />5. Rock used for filter material shall be one inch to two and one-half inches in diameter. <br />6. Proposed sanitary sewer line shall be equipped with a cleanout every 100 feet. <br />7.
