Contact EHD and provide self-closing service window and properly working air curtain prior to <br /> using service window. <br /> The 3 comp sink across from the cook line had 1 drainboard, per owner all the warewashing will be done at the the 3 comp <br /> sink w/dual drainboards in the center of the kitchen and single drainboard 3 comp sink will be used as a prep sink. <br /> The 1 dr Atosa display in the kitchen near walk-in freezer was turned off during the inspection, provide 41 F or below prior to <br /> storing any PHFs inside it unit will be used. <br /> The display warmer at the front counter did not have NSF or equivalent certification on unit.All equipment at a food facility <br /> must be NSF or equivalent certified for sanitation. Provide commercial display warmer. <br /> Steam tables were not on during the inspection. Provide 135 F or above when hot holding. <br /> The ice machine was not installed during the inspection. Provide 1 in. minimum air gap between ice machine discharge pipe <br /> and floor sink. <br /> Obtain approval from all other jurisdictions. <br /> Evidence of correction for coving in front counter area required before permit can be issued.
