Air sampling revealed the requirements to keep material <br />wet when working and to keep work to a minimum when wind was heavy. <br />Other Related Experience <br />• Conducted surface soil sampling of agricultural land to determine if a past chemical used at <br />the site remained in the soil. Also developed the random sampling grid for the 25 -acre <br />facility for a potential developer of the property. <br />• Conducted soil sampling at a former UST location in central California for a banking <br />institution foreclosure to ensure that past use of the UST had not resulted in soil <br />contamination. Contracted for 35 yards of contaminated soil to be disposed of based on the <br />results of the soil sampling. <br />• Conducted paint sampling at an industrial property in northern California on behalf of the <br />property manager to determine if lead was present in the paint and to subsequently inform <br />contractors who would be renovating the building.
