3.1.5. Effective immediately, Respondent shall: mark all <br />hazardous waste containers and tanks with the initial date of <br />accumulation, and the words "Hazardous Waste". The physical <br />state of the waste, a statement identifying the hazardous <br />properties of the waste and the Respondents name and address <br />shall also be marked on each container or portable tank. <br />3.1.6. Effective five (5) days from the date of this Order, <br />Respondent shall: adjust the post closure cost estimate for <br />inflation. _. <br />3.1.7. Effective five (5) days from the date of this Order, <br />Respondent shall: adjust the closure cost estimate for <br />inflation. <br />3.1.8.
