2.8. The Respondent violated Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), section 66264.145 (a) (3) in that Respondent <br />did not: fully fund the Post Closure Trust at the time of <br />closure. <br />SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br />3. Based on the foregoing DETERMINATION OF VIOLATIONS, IT <br />IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br />3.1.1. Effective immediately, Respondent shall: keep <br />records at the office located at 9999 Austin Road Stockton, <br />California for three years, which show that required training has <br />been given to employees in past years. <br />3.1.2. Effective immediately, Respondent shall: maintain <br />copies of manifests at the office located at 9999 Austin Road, <br />Stockton, California. <br />3.1.3. Effective immediately, Respondent shall: follow the <br />written and approved SAP and begin corrective action for each <br />item listed in Section VIII (Potential Violations) page 10, of <br />the Operation and Maintenance Report which is included as <br />Exhibit 3. <br />3.1.4. Effective immediately, Respondent shall: maintain <br />the Groundwater Monitoring System and begin corrective action for <br />each item listed in Section VIII (Potential Violations) page 13, <br />of the Operation and Maintenance Report which is included as <br />Exhibit 4. <br />4. <br />
