s
Ms. Carrie Cummings -2-
14 July 1993
We find the design plans and specifications comply with Chapter 15 and the facility's waste
discharge requirements. Therefore, we approve the design plans for WMU D-93 provided the
changes noted above are made in the clay liner testing program.
Revision of Forward's current waste discharge requirements (WDRs) is necessary to reclassify
WMU D-93 from Class III to Class II. Your report of waste discharge is under review and we
expect to have the revised requirements on the September or October agenda for our Board's
consideration. If you have any questions, please call Steve Rosenbaum at (916) 255-3131.
WILLIAM J.
