MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -5- <br /> FORWARD INC.,FORWARD LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> CONTAMINATED SOILS MONITORING <br /> Monitoring requirements for soils accepted for aeration in WMU G are as follows: <br /> Report in Sampling <br /> Parameter/Constituent Units of Frequena <br /> Amount of soil treated Cubic Yards Every Lot* <br /> Before treatment: Every Lot* <br /> EPA Method 8015 mg/kg <br /> EPA Methods 8010 and 8020 mg/kg <br /> or EPA Method 8240 <br /> 418.1 (TPH) if waste oil is mg/kg <br /> contaminant <br /> CCR Title 22 Metals (TTLC): mg/kg Every Lot* <br /> Arsenic, Barium Cadmium, <br /> Chromium (total),Cobalt, <br /> Lead, Mercury, Nickel, and Zinc <br /> Aquatic 96-Hour Static Bioassay if: Every Lot* <br /> gasoline concentration is greater than 3,000 ppm; or <br /> diesel concentration is greater than 10,000 ppm; or <br /> motor or waste oil concentration is greater than 3,000 ppm. <br /> After Treatment: <br /> Final disposition of soil -- Every Lot* <br /> * The total amount of contaminated soil accepted from a site (gas station,pipeline spill, etc.) <br /> shall be defined as a lot. For every lot of soil, representative testing shall be conducted before <br /> the soil is accepted at Forward,Inc. If the lot can be treated all at once, then at least one <br /> sample shall be collected and tested to establish post-treatment organic contaminant values. If <br /> the lot must be split into groups for treatment, then at least one sample shall be collected from <br /> each group and tested for organic contaminants. <br /> Data from contaminated soil monitoring shall be organized in a tabular form and submitted to the <br /> Board on a quarterly basis. <br />
