The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for RAI NORCAL STOCKTON as of December23, 2022, <br /> Open violations from October 14, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #1 - Failed to pay annual operating fees. <br /> OBSERVATION Facility failed to pay annual operating fees for the years 2021 and 2022. <br /> ORDINANCE: Fees shall be paid once a year at the time of submittal of an inventory form. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately pay the annual fee to the EHD Accounting Office located at 1868 E Hazelton <br /> Avenue, Stockton , CA 95205. Fee may also be paid online at https://www. sjgov.org/departmentlenvhealth/fees <br /> (Convenience fee may apply). <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION The Hazardous Materials Inventory was not complete/accurate. <br /> 1 . Sodium hypochlorite — the days on site and average daily amount elements have not been completed. <br /> 2. Sodium bicarbonate - the days on site, size of the largest container, and average daily amount elements have <br /> not been completed. <br /> 3. Acetic acid - the days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, and storage <br /> temperature elements have not been completed. <br /> 4. Sodium chloride - the days on site, size of the largest container, and average daily amount elements have not <br /> been completed. <br /> 5. Granuflo - the days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, and storage <br /> temperature elements have not been completed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
