The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for RAI NORCAL STOCKTON as of December23, 2022. Open violations from October 14, 2022 inspection Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. OBSERVATION The site map is not complete. The site map does not show/address the following required elements: 1 . Loading areas. 2. Internal roads. 3. Adjacent streets. 4. Storm and sewer drains. 5. Evacuation staging area. 6. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). 7. Emergency shutoffs. 8. Access and exit points for the structure and from the street. 9. The topographical information is not accurate and does not show the front parking lot, rear parking lot, or the fence line. 10. The map contains illegible information. 11 . The map contains codes and symbols which are not defined. REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as " NA". OBSERVATION The emergency response(ER) procedures have not been submitted. REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: . immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) . procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment . evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers,calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
