All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: Several bottles of liquid yogurt were observed outside of cooler. Per manager, they were shipped <br />yesterday and placed on retail shelf due to lack of space in cooler. Store perishable food items at 41 F or below. Discard <br />food items held longer than four hours at higher than 41 F temperatures. <br />Corrected on Site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hot water temperature was observed at 107 F. Adjust hot water heater to maintain 120 F minimum <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a rodent dropping on the floor under food shelves in the retail area and between wall and shelf <br />in the back. Pointed out to manager. Clean and sanitize area immediately. Continue with pest control measures. Discard any <br />contaminated items immediately. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a box of cup o noodles on a wire floor storage shelf less then six inches from floor. Place and <br />store food items six inches off the floor. <br />Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
