WORK PLAN FOR LIMITED SITE INVESTIGATION Irerracon Raising Cane' s Restaurant ( C0530 ) a Stockton , California October 27 , 2020 ; Terracon Project No . NA207025 evaluate potential job hazards and appropriate safe working procedures as part of our Pre -Task Planning process . At this time , we anticipate performing fieldwork in a Level D work uniform consisting of hard hats , safety glasses , protective gloves , and steel -toed boots . It may become necessary to upgrade this level of protection , at additional cost , while sampling activities are being conducted in the event that petroleum or chemical constituents are encountered in soils or groundwater that present an increased risk for personal exposure . Site Access and Safety Client shall secure all necessary site related approvals , permits , licenses , and consents necessary to commence and complete the Services and will execute any necessary site access agreement . Consultant will be responsible for supervision and site safety measures for its own employees , but shall not be responsible for the supervision or health and safety precautions for any third parties , including Client' s contractors , subcontractors , or other parties present at the site . In addition , Consultant retains the right to stop work without penalty at any time Consultant believes it is in the best interests of Consultant ' s employees or subcontractors to do so in order to reduce the risk of exposure to the coronavirus . Client agrees it will respond quickly to all requests for information made by Consultant related to Consultant ' s pre -task planning and risk assessment processes . Client acknowledges its responsibility for notifying Consultant of any circumstances that present a risk of exposure to the coronavirus or individuals who have tested positive for COVID - 19 or are self- quarantining due to exhibiting symptoms associated with the coronavirus . 2 . 3 Work Plan Terracon has provided this letter Work Plan to the SJCEHD detailing the methodologies described below . Any SJCEHD comments to the letter Work Plan will be incorporated into a final plan . 2 . 4 Permitting In conjunction with this Work Plan , Terracon has completed a SJCEHD Site Mitigation Well & Boring Permit Application ( see attached ) . 2 . 5 Utility Location and Geophysical Survey Following SJCEHD approval of this Work Plan , and no later than 72 hours prior to intrusive activities , Terracon will contact Underground Service Alert ( USA ) 811 North to arrange for underground utility locates at the site . To further evaluate the underground utilities at the site , a geophysical survey will be performed in the vicinity of each of the proposed sample locations where mechanical drilling will be performed .
