Disposal Treatment_Areas <br /> The following is a list of areas that may receive waste during the winter of <br /> 2001-2002. <br /> Class II—D2001,D2000,D99,D98,D97,D95,D94 and D93. <br /> 7. Roads necessary for safe operation of Forward Landfill during inclement <br /> weather have been Winterized with layers of Road Base,Gravel,Asphalt and <br /> or Recycled Asphalt. Roads have been graded in such a way as to direct water <br /> to the appropriate collection point. All roads will be cleaned as needed to <br /> prevent the build up of mud and trucking of mud from Forward Landfill on to <br /> Austin Road. <br /> The winter disposal area is constructed using a combination of Grave,Road <br /> Base, Broken and Ground Tile. <br />
