(PES ) has prepared this Supplemental LNAPL ' Delineation , <br /> Grab - Groundwater and Sub - Slab Vapor Investigation Workplan (Supplemental Investigation <br /> Workplan) for the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) for the <br /> Paradise Point Marina located at 8095 Rio Blanco Road , in Stockton , California (the site or <br /> subject property) . <br /> This Supplemental Workplan details proposed field investigation activities to further evaluate <br /> the following . <br /> • Further assessment of subsurface groundwater and vapor intrusion conditions in the <br /> vicinity of MWP4 as previously provided in the September 3 , 2020 PES response' to <br /> RWQCB comment letter prepared for the subject property . This scope of work was <br /> approved by the RWQCB on October 6 , 20203 ; <br /> • Data gaps identified during the initial LNAPL investigation , detailed in PES ' <br /> December 16 , 2020 LNAPL Corrective Action Plano and subsequent RWQCB <br /> February 8 , 2021 Correct Action Plan comment letters; and <br /> • First- countered groundwater conditions in the vicinity of Well No . 2 on account of <br /> recent sampling and laboratory analytical data presented in PES ' Second Semi Annual <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Report6 . <br /> 2 . 0 SUPPLEMENTAL INVESTIGATION WORK PLAN <br /> 2 . 1 Modification of Field Investigation in the Vicinity of MWP4 and Supplemental <br /> Scope of Work <br /> The prior proposed assessment activities in the vicinity of MWP -4 have been modified to <br /> reallocate data collection priorities into this investigation . This new Supplemental Investigation <br /> Workplan will serve to replace the prior approved scope in the vicinity of MWP -4 , along with <br /> additional investigation components detailed in following sections . <br /> 1 light non- aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) . <br /> Z PES , 2020 .
