Although risks can never be eliminated, more detailed and extensive investigations yield more <br />information. This information may help facilitate management of risks. <br />This project was performed in general conformance with the Work Plan, dated August 4, 2022. The scope <br />of work for this project was limited to an evaluation of environmental concerns associated with the potential <br />presence of hazardous materials in conjunction with current and previous activities on a property and did <br />not include other services that are not described in this report. Specifically excluded from the scope of work <br />are: (1) the evaluation of the site for the presence of asbestos and radon, (2) a survey of the site for wetlands <br />or rare and endangered species, and (3) a survey of the site for historical or cultural resources. <br />Condor has completed this Phase II ESA as an independent contractor. This report was performed with the <br />customary state of the practice and the prevailing standard of care for completing such reporting in <br />California at this time. Condor shall not be subject to any expressed or implied warranties whatsoever. <br />Land use, site conditions (both on-site and off-site) and other factors will change over time. Site activities <br />and regulations beyond our control could change at any time after the completion of this report. Our <br />observations, findings and opinions can be considered valid only as of the date of the site visit or sampling <br />event. The property owner is solely responsible for notifying all governmental agencies, and the public at <br />large, of the existence, release, treatment, or disposal of any hazardous materials observed at the project <br />site, either before or during performance of Condor’s services. Condor assumes no responsibility or liability <br />whatsoever for any claim, loss of property value, damage, or injury which results from pre-existing <br />hazardous materials being encountered or present on the project site, or from the discovery of such <br />hazardous materials. <br />The contents thereof may not be used or relied upon by any other person(s) without the express written <br />consent and authorization of the San Joaquin County Office of Education (Client) and Condor. <br />8.0 QUALIFICATIONS AND SIGNATURES <br />Condor has over 30 years of aggregate experience in the performance of environmental site assessments and <br />environmental audits for financial institutions, attorneys, private companies and public agencies. Experienced <br />environmental professionals perform assessments and audits that provide a standard of care consistent with <br />industry practice. Mr. Luke Castle, a California Professional Geologist performed this assessment. Mr. Castle <br />has several years of experience conducting environmental assessments in California for public agencies and <br />private industry.
