Project Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) Form <br />30 <br />GENERAL WORK ACTIVITIES <br />Potential Hazards <br />Initial Risk <br />Ranking <br />(R/Y/G) <br />Hazard Controls <br />(including PPE requirements) <br />Applicable Policy or <br />Procedures <br />Residual Risk <br />Ranking (R/Y/G) <br />• Ensure your cell phone, pens, note pads and other equipment <br />is appropriately cleaned / sanitized after potential <br />interactions with contaminated surfaces, personnel, etc. <br /> <br />Vehicle Travel Guidance: <br />• When possible utilize personal or company vehicles versus <br />rental vehicles. <br />• Driver to clean common touch surfaces pre- and post-journey. <br />• Wear gloves when refueling or at least use disinfectant wipes <br />on the pump handle prior to use. <br />• Minimize handling cash. Maximize use of contactless <br />payment methods. <br />• Where possible bring packed lunches, etc. to avoid <br />unnecessary visits to shops. <br />• Clean common hand touch points in the vehicle on at least a <br />daily basis. <br />• Minimize any overnight stays if possible. If not possible, use <br />disinfectant / wipes upon entering the room on all common <br />surfaces – tabletops, light / temp switches, doorknobs, <br />faucets, tv remote, etc. If staying multiple nights refuse maid <br />service. <br /> <br />Air Travel Guidance: <br />• Contact HSE Management for assistance and approvals. <br />Currently all business air travel (domestic and international) <br />must be pre-approved by the Global Health and Safety <br />Manager.
