The Daily Safety Meeting Form provided in Appendix A, or similar document, will be used for <br />this purpose. Copies of safety meeting documentation will be kept in project files at the managing SLR <br />office. <br />10.0 Reporting of HSE Leading Indicators <br />Field personnel are encouraged to utilize SLR’s Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Program (SLR HSE Manual, <br />Section 005) to pro-actively document and report HSE-related leading indicators.
