IT WAS PUT OUT WITH EXTINGUISHER. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> NOTIFIED AND WAS ON SCENE. EMPLOYEE CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE RESTAURANT." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Clean up the remaining fire extinguishing material that remains under the fryer. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. He states that an electrical fire occurred at the control panel of the middle fryer of the right fryer <br /> bank.A fire extinguisher was used.The ANSUL system did not deploy. The oil from right fryer bank was drained. The facility's <br /> maintenance person will be on site today to repair the middle fryer.The fryers were cleaned. GM states that the oil from the <br /> left fryer bank(3 additional fryers)will be cleaned and filtered prior to re-opening to the public.
