SAN 10 A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> C:0UtINiY <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: CHOW TO GO CHINESE RESTAURANT, 3255 W HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95209 <br /> 1 took the temperature of the rice. <br /> Rice is at 80F. <br /> Rice is to be held at 135F or higher or 41 F or lower. <br /> Operator disposed of rice. <br /> I observed the preparation of chow fun. <br /> I observed cook dry hands on apron and handle chow fun noodles that were taken out of the microwave and separate with <br /> bare hands. <br /> I also observed cook rinse hands in 3 comp sink. <br /> Hands are to be washed with soap and warm water in the hand sink for 10 to 15 seconds and dried with paper towels or hand <br /> drier. <br /> I observed apron/outer garments that has debris. <br /> Employees are to wear clean outer garments.
