Per Sandra Kim (Manager), she is unaware of BAKER <br />the complaint and rice is not re-served if it is returned and if meat is dropped on <br />the ground it is discarded. Restrooms were clean at the time of the inspection. <br />Per Sandra Kim, facility does have a problem with homeless people coming into <br />the restrooms and making a mess. <br />Observed rodent droppings throughout facility. Large amounts of rodent <br />droppings (mice) were observed through out the facility (retail shelves with <br />noodles at the front of the store, under shelves against the southern wall, <br />throughout the back storage area near the kitchen, between the walk-in cooler and <br />freezer and on retail shelves of aisles 2-4). Rat traps were observed throughout <br />the facility. No live or dead animals observed at the time of the inspection. No <br />chew marks on food packages observed. Per Sandra Kim, they have a pest <br />control company but she did not know the name of the company. Re-inspection in <br />one week to verify pest control receipts and that rodent droppings have been <br />cleaned up and areas sanitized. Any contaminated food should be discarded. <br />Violations written on routine inspection report (PR0160969). <br />Discussed report with Sandra Kim (Manager).
