SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Crerl!rtess)WS 1P1 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:00 am <br />Time Out: 11:25 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: SUPER KING FOOD CENTER Date: 08/29/2022 <br />Address: 6045 N EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: FSCT INC Telephone: (209) 474-6645 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055134 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THE THAT THERE IS A MAJOR RAT INFESTATION AT THIS FACILITY, YOU CAN <br />SEE THE RAT FECES, THE RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY, THEY ARE RESERVING RICE, AND COMPLAINANT <br />WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE DROP A BUCKET OF MEAT ON THE FLOOR AND USE IT. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />On site for complaint investigation. Per Sandra Kim (Manager), she is unaware of the complaint and rice is not re-served if it <br />is returned and if meat is dropped on the ground it is discarded. Restrooms were clean at the time of the inspection. Per <br />Sandra Kim, facility does have a problem with homeless people coming into the restrooms and making a mess. <br />Observed rodent droppings throughout facility. Large amounts of rodent droppings (mice) were observed through out the <br />facility (retail shelves with noodles at the front of the store, under shelves against the southern wall, throughout the back <br />storage area near the kitchen, between the walk-in cooler and freezer and on retail shelves of aisles 2-4). Rat traps were <br />observed throughout the facility. No live or dead animals observed at the time of the inspection. No chew marks on food <br />packages observed. Per Sandra Kim, they have a pest control company but she did not know the name of the company. <br />Re-inspection in one week toverify pest control receipts and that rodent droppings have been cleaned up and areas sanitized. <br />Any contaminated food should be discarded. Violations written on routine inspection report (PR0160969). <br />Discussed report with Sandra Kim (Manager). Official inspection report was emailed to the operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
