<br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health
<br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
<br />the food facility.
<br /> #8 Use of Time as a Public Health Control
<br />OBSERVATIONS: Per manager food items in warmer have 3 hour hold time per internal policy, observed italian sausage
<br />hot dog and spicy chicken sandwich in warmer that were past hold time. Hot dog from 8:38-11:38 AM and chicken sandwich
<br />from 8:25-11:25 AM. The surface temp of the hot dog was 136 F and the display warmer air temp was 160 F. Follow internal
<br />policy hold times if time will be used as the public health control and discard remaining food items after max hold time.
<br />Correct immediately.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The was no sanitizer in the sanitizer tray near the oven, there were no wiping clothes being used during
<br />the inspection. Provide 200 ppm quat minimum sanitizing solution in sanitizer tray immediately.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: There was no cold water available at the hand sink near the 3 comp sink, per manager the cold water
<br />was shut off because it was leaking cold water from the faucet. Repair leak and provide cold water at this sink within 3 days.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.
