AC T27CCR20686 Excessive amount of waste was listed as beneficial reuse. Between 6/20/05 and 7/25/05, <br />140,780.94 tons of waste was listed as disposal, and 115,384.88 was listed as beneficial reuse. <br />The waste to cover ratio for that same period was 1.22 to 1. <br />a. Provide justification for such excessive usage of the cover and other beneficial reuse to LEA and the Board. <br />b. Also see inspection dated 4/20/05, 5/25/05 and 6/24/05 for previous area of concern of this section. <br />13. AC T14CCR17331 The green waste from city of Manteca and garbage from city of Stockton were stockpiling at the <br />green waste area for 3 weeks. There were also excessive numbers of flies in that area. <br />a. All waste shall be removed every 7 days. <br />b. Provide measure to prevent propagation, harborage or attraction of flies, rodents or other vectors in that area. <br />14. Notes: <br />A. There were several burrows in the cover on the south slope of old Forward Landfill. According to the operator, with <br />proof of receipts, AMD provides monthly rodent control services. <br />B.
