Violation: PRC 44014(b), Terms and Conditions of Permit. <br />Ted Tasiopoulos <br />The tonnage of waste received/accepted at this facility exceeded the permitted maximum tonnage of <br />46,080 tons per week not exceeding 8668 tons per day. The weekly tonnage received at this facility <br />was the following: <br />The week of 7/25/05 41,915.63 tons <br />The week of 8/01/05 51,713.87 tons <br />The week of 8/08/05 52,412.31 tons <br />The week of 8/15/05 52,816.05 tons <br />Between 7/25/05 and 8/24/05, the weekly tonnage received at this facility exceeded the permitted <br />maximum tonnage every week except for the week of 7/25/05. Also see item 1 for the daily tonnage <br />that also exceeded the permitted maximum tonnage. <br />a. The amount of waste received at this facility shall not exceed the permitted maximum tonnage of <br />46,080 tons per week, not exceeding 8,668 tons per day. <br />b. Also see inspection dated 4/20/05, 5/25/05, 6/24/05, and 7/27/05 for previous violation of this <br />section. <br />3. Violation: T27 CCR 21600, Report of Disposal Site Information. <br />RDSI has not been amended to include information listed in T27 CCR 21600(b)(6)(B), the ADC usage <br />and waste to cover ratio. <br />a. The proposed JTD amendment received on August 2nd, 2005 was rejected by the LEA in a <br />response letter dated August 23, 2005 due to conflicts with existing approvals for the facility. <br />4. Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20510, Disposal Site Records. <br />The Daily Operation Log records dated after August 18th were missing or not up to date for <br />inspection. <br />a.
