Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20540, Roads. <br />RECEIVED BY <br />OPERATOR 4dz <br />Main entrance road is graded lower than surrounding ground level and has potential to pond water in <br />upcoming winter months. <br />a. Include plans to upgrade road conditions in Winter Operations Plan no later than September 15th. <br />6. Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20650, Grading of Fill Surfaces. <br />Observed the east slopes of the 'old" Forward waste unit area appeared rough and uneven. <br />a. Regrade all rough and uneven areas to prevent erosions and ponding for upcoming winter months. <br />7. Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20680, Daily Cover. <br />Observed daylighting on previous day active face where ADC has been used. <br />a. Cover all exposed waste. Provide minimum of 6 inches of compacted cover. <br />8. Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20820, Drainage & Erosion Control. <br />Observed deep erosions under drainage pipe on old Austin area adjacent to the south entrance ramp. <br />a. Repair all erosions in these areas. <br />9. Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20870, Hazardous Wastes. <br />Records for hazardous waste loadchecking were not up to date. August 9th through 25th records <br />were not available for inspection. <br />a. Provide these records by next inspection or this area of concern will become a violation. <br />10. Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20919, Gas Control. <br />Observed that a condensate pump on the south east area of the old Forward waste unit was leaking air. <br />a.
