Violation: T27 CCR 20919.5, Explosive Gas Control. <br />INSPECTOR <br />RECEIVED BY <br />OPERATOR <br />Ted Tasiopoulos <br />The concentrations of methane gas were as follows: <br />GP9: 33.5% in shallow probe 26.0% in intermediate probe 05.1% in deep probe <br />GP12: 33.0% in shallow probe 45.0% in intermediate probe 54.5% in deep probe <br />a. Ensure that the concentration of explosive gas at the property boundary is below 5% by volume. <br />b. Follow directions listed in T27 CCR 20919.5 and in the Amended Notice and Order 03-01. <br />c. Also see previous inspection report for the previous violation of this section. <br />12. Area of Concern: T14 CCR 17852(a)(1 0)(A), Chipping and Grinding of Green Waste. <br />Observed stockpiles of processed and unprocessed green waste that were more than 7 days old. <br />a. All processed and unprocessed stockpiles of green waste are to be used/removed within 7 days. <br />13. Area of Concern: Self Monitoring, Wet Weather Preparedness Report and Winter Operations Plan. <br />The LEA has not yet received a Wet Weather Preparedness Report and Winterization Plan. <br />a.
