Based on the historic aerial photography (Google <br /> Earth Pro 7.3.2.5776, Accessed 6/20/22) and USGS topographic mapping, no structures are <br /> observed to have been present on the subject site from 1993 to present. In addition, the project site <br /> appears to have been in use as a vineyard during the same time period. Based on past and present <br /> use on site, it is in CTE's opinion that no potential problems exist on site to the best of our <br /> knowledge. <br /> The proposed leech lines are shown on a "Site Plan" for "Proposed New Residence For Mr. & <br /> Mrs. Nowak". The proposed wastewater disposal system is shown to include a septic tank (P & L <br /> Concrete Box with infiltrator lines) and a proposed leach field located Northwest of the proposed <br /> residence. A well is shown South of the proposed residence at the Southwest side of the property. <br /> Information included herein is provided for use in the design of the proposed onsite wastewater <br /> treatment system(OWTS). <br /> 3.0 EXISTING& PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The project is located within the City of Lodi planning area; however, sewer, water, and storm <br /> drain services are not available in the vicinity of the proposed project. <br /> Based on San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department permit records search, the subject <br /> parcel has no available records for wells on site however, a well was recently constructed on site. <br /> Civil drawings provided also show the recently constructed onsite well. <br /> • Well permits for the project site are not available on the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Public Records website. <br /> %7C-AALUNC <br />
