E <br />, <br />MUD <br />City staff determined evidence of an illicit discharge today at JC/JAS Trucking located at 1415W. <br />Anderson St. Mobile fleet washing of big rig exteriors and engine compartments potentially <br />discharging to stormwater system which flows to City storm system on Anderson St. Wash area was <br />highly contaminated with residual oil staining and oily engine parts. Catch basin area shows signs of <br />previous illicit discharges of oil waste. City staff halted the operation before the wastewater entered <br />the stormwater catch basin onsite, gathered information, and referred the situation to City Stormwater <br />Division for enforcement. No evidence was found that would indicate either an illicit <br />discharge or illegal connection at any of these locations.
