Approximately 1 to 11/2 feet of water was present in the canal at time of sampling, therefore, the excavator
had to dig below the water in order for soil to be sampled. We collected two soil samples from each location (one from
east side of canal, and one from west) every one hundred lineal feet, starting from the far north end of the canal. A
total of 12 soil samples were collected from the canal. Each soil sample was collected at approximately 2 feet below
surface (below water surface). Apex also collected a water sample at the 300' marker of the canal. All samples have
been submitted to Sparger Technology, and we will send the lab report over once it comes in. Please see the attached
drop box link to view photos taken of the sample locations.
https://www.dropbox.comiscl/fo/sIt9d8x8u7fyc49ywvaf4/h?d1=0&rIkey=dqi3kdzz20yeteho45zm3gzoi
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Vince Blackwood
Apex Envirotech, Inc.
Cell: 916-257-5194
Office 916-851-0174
itZPEX
ENVIROTECH,INC.
1
