We suggest one water sample be collected from the drainage channel today
and the same analyses as those for the soil samples be done (TPH-D, TPH-G, TPH-MO, and CAM 17
metals). This will hopefully provide some insight into whether or not contaminants in the sediment are
impacting surface water.
Best,
Holly Young
Engineering Geologist
Site Cleanup Program, Federal Cleanup Unit
Central Valley Water Board
11020 Sun Center Drive, Suite 200
Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Tel: 916-464-4669
Email: hollv.young@waterboards.ca.gov
1
