<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The following was observed:
<br /> -cake display cooler was observed with food debris in the door tracks and bottom
<br /> -food debris was observed on shelves where cups are stored next to cake display cooler
<br /> -hand sink behind the counter was observed with brown build-up
<br /> -walk-in cooler fans were observed with dust accumulation
<br /> -the two door True reach-in freezer in the front kitchen was observed with broken glass from plates
<br /> Detail clean within one week. Maintain clean.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The shelf below the microwave in the back kitchen is missing its coating and is absorbent. Repair so

<br /> Observed build-up on the bar guns and holders at the bar. Clean and sanitize daily to prevent contamination of beverages.
