Prepared for inspection <br />tomorrow at 10am. <br />Called Republic Service to confirm trash service for the property. Left call back <br />number. Received call back from Jennifer, Republic Service agent. Per Jennifer, <br />the property has active trash service. <br />Discussed complainant's concern about no trash service at the property with <br />Jennifer. Jennifer stated that the property owner starts trash service on December <br />of 2021, and trash service has been paid since December. <br />Jennifer will put in a request for a trash bin to be drop off at the property. Called <br />and updated complainant on the trash service concern. <br />Discussed investigative findings with Natlia Subbotnikova. <br />Printed Parcel View and updated files. <br />Conducted a complaint inspection. The complainant alleges there is a lot of dog <br />feces on this property again. <br />The property is locked and is guarded by 2 big angry dogs. The property was <br />inspected/observed from the street. Unable to verify the nature of complaint from <br />the street. <br />The neighbor shows up. Per neighbor, the dog feces are visible from the side <br />yard. <br />Inspection conducted from the neighbor's front and back yard. Observed dried <br />animal manures on the ground, near the chain linked fence. Observed a few flies, <br />and the urine smells are strong near the chain linked fence. Animal manures smell <br />was low but more concentrated on the neighbor's yard. <br />Discussed investigative findings with the complainant. Complainant also stated the <br />property has no trash bin out on trash day. <br />The followings were noted during the inspection: <br />Observed multiple dogs (more than 3 dogs) on the neighbor property. The dogs <br />are caged up inside the garage.
