Item 20. Med/Surg 2 West Medical Waste Storage area had one container that was <br />overflowing with medical waste and one container overflowing with pharmaceutical <br />waste. Action: Immediately repack waste into another container and put lids on all <br />medical waste containers so that they are tight -fitting. <br />Response/ Action: Lodi Memorial Hospital has removed the overflowing containers and <br />repacked the containers. <br />Item 20. Pharmaceutical waste containers shall contain the words "Incineration Only" <br />on them. Action: Mark all pharmaceutical containers with "Incineration Only". <br />Response/Action: On 6-28-06 all pharmaceutical containers were labeled with <br />"Incineration Only" to comply with HSC Section 118280 — MW label — contain. <br />Lodi Memorial Hospital West — 800 S. Sacramento Road, Lodi, CA 95240 <br />Findings: <br />Item 19.
