I made an effort to address the <br /> items we discussed and/or are mentioned in the inspection report. Please review it and let me know if <br /> you would like additional details added or if you have any question. <br /> The sheet where we record information for sharps pickup/return has been revised to include additional <br /> information you would like to see included. If you would like to see a copy of the form, please let me <br /> know and I will e-mail it to you. <br /> We have installed data loggers at both locations; one in Pharmacy& Health Sciences Bldg. (North <br /> Campus) and one in Biological Sciences Bldg. (South Campus). They are set up to collect data every 10 <br /> minutes,starting today. <br /> I would like to request an extension for the hardware/software installation that will send freezer <br /> temperature data to my PC as we are unable to install it at this time as my North Campus Office PC <br /> broke down and is in repair. If it cannot be repaired,then a replacement will be ordered. The data for <br /> the South Campus will be sent to my South Campus Office PC. Unfortunately my south Campus Office <br /> will not be ready to move in until July 28th. When this part of hardware/software installation is done, it <br /> will gather data with effect from today, i.e.July 20th, 2011 and will be available at desktop PC. <br /> Should you have any question, please let me know.
