Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand soap dispenser in the employee restroom is empty. Per owner (on site at <br />time of inspection), he has been trying to get a repair person out to the facility. Owner states that if the unit cannot be <br />repaired, he will obtain a new refrigeration unit. <br />The hood and hood filters are greasy. Degrease, clean and sanitize the hood and filters by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
