The signs were constructed , and the use <br /> was established . <br /> On March 11 2003 , the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Site <br /> Approval No . PA- 0200530 for the outdoor sale of agricultural equipment . On March 26 , 2007 , the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Site Approval No . PA- <br /> 0700043 to expand the equipment sales facility with construction of a 2 , 160 square foot storage <br /> building .
