From Jan. 26 to Jan. 30, 2015, students nationwide will be challenged to
complete a checklist of 50 kind deeds and to make kindness a habit. Look for our own Dignity Health
kindness checklists and special activities during the same week as the schools. Last year, outreach from
employees led to participation by 52 schools in Dignity Health service areas. This year, we're looking to
double or triple that number. The Great Kindness Challenge is free to the schools, and Kids for Peace will
handle all the follow-up. All you need to do is send a note to the school principal or counselor asking
them to register their school for the Challenge. The Web site is www.greatkindnesschallenge.org.
Weigh in for the Biggest Loser
Sign up for the Biggest Loser contest in Employee Health January 5-9. During the program you will have
the opportunity to get valuable education on improving your fitness, eating habits, and overall health!
You can compete individually and also team -up with 3 other motivated individuals to form your 4 person
team. The teams and individuals with the highest weight loss will win some great prizes! For more
information please email paul.vostiC@dignitvhealth.org.
Don't forget — recognize anniversaries, achievements, personal news, and ALWAYS ask for any questions.
