Provide soap dispenser at this sink. <br /> The public restrooms did not have hand dryers or paper towel dispensers. Clean and repair as necessary. <br /> Observed no splash guards between prep sinks and 3 comp sink drainboards that were less than 24 inches apart. Provide <br /> splashguards that are at least 6 in. high and extend from back to front between prep sinks and 3 comp sink drainboards that <br /> are less than 24 inches apart. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Provide accurate thermometers for all refrigeration units. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler.
