<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The staff women's restroom door was not fully self closing. Provide fully self closing door.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a
<br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet
<br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons:in

<br /> Observed holes in walls and deteriorating seal between walls in walk-in units in produce department area. Provide smooth
<br /> cleanable walls and seal gaps between walls with cleanable material.
<br /> Observed gaps in sealant under coving and cracks in cement floor in C11 walk-in cooler. Observed damaged floor tile in
<br /> produce department. Observed some holes in floor in seafood area and a walk-in cooler. Repair/replace flooring and
<br /> provide smooth cleanable floors.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
