It did have any cooking or refrigeration equipment installed at this <br /> time and was being used for storage. <br /> Most of the refrigeration units in facility were being serviced/set up or were turned off. <br /> Some of the floor sinks under the retail area refrigeration units were not visible or easily accessible for cleaning and inspection. <br /> Per contractor the Hussman island coolers in the retail area will be used for prepackaged shelf stable food storage until the <br /> compressors are installed. <br /> The aquarium was not installed during the inspection and no information was provided for what will be kept in the aquarium. <br /> Ice machine in seafood department was not set up during inspection. <br /> Corrections required: <br /> Provide stocked soap and paper towel dispensers at all hand sinks and stocked toilet paper dispenser in all restrooms. <br /> Provide sanitizer at all warewash sinks and appropriate test strips. <br /> Provide all refrigeration units at 41 F or below and any hot holding equipment at 135 F or above. <br /> Provide information for aquarium to EHD prior to installation. <br /> All other violations noted in report. <br /> Call 209-616-3035 for re-inspection when ready. <br /> Okay for onsite training and storage of shelf stable prepackaged items once approval from other jurisdictions is obtained as <br /> SR0084575 SC523 05/18/2022 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.09/16/2020 Page 3 of 4 Food Program Service Request Inspection Report <br />
