4. An Encroachment Permit shall be obtained from this Department, prior to any work commencing in the <br /> County right-of-way. <br /> 5. The cost for any infrastructure such as extension, connection, placement, water meters, pressure <br /> booster, or back flow prevention device of new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. <br /> 6. New development shall not interrupt any existing utility systems. The Utility Maintenance Division shall <br /> be notified (468-3090) prior to any connection to water, sewer or storm drainage conveyance systems <br /> and prior to backfilling any trenches/connections. <br /> 7. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the Building Department. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE; CSA 31 <br /> 1. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of facilities shall be borne by the applicant. <br /> 2. All work shall be completed in a manner that reduces pollutants entering the storm sewer system to the <br /> maximum extent practicable, and in accordance with any required NPDES construction permits. <br /> 3. Applicant shall pay an annual service charge with their property taxes for storm drainage services. <br /> 2 <br />
