LIGHTING; CSA 31 <br /> 1. New development shall not interrupt any existing lighting system. If any interruption to the existing <br /> system is necessary, please contact Dwayne Sabiniano at the Department of Public Works for approval <br /> at 468-3024. <br /> 2. Applicant shall pay an annual service charge with their property taxes for street lighting services. <br /> SEWER; CSA 31 <br /> 1_ Fill out and return enclosed Flag City Wastewater Questionnaire. Self-regenerating water <br /> softeners (those that discharge a brine solution into the sewer) are prohibited. <br /> 2. Fill out and return enclosed sewer permit application. Due to salinity issues in the sewer <br /> system effluent discharge, the permittee will be required to ensure their effluent has a <br /> maximum salinity electrical conductivity of 1051 pmhos/cm. <br /> 3. Sewer calculations shall be submitted including sewer demand projections. <br /> 4. Applicant shall pay annual (fiscal year) sewer charges with their property taxes that are <br /> calculated based upon the prior calendar year's metered water usage. <br /> WATER SERVICE; CSA 31 <br /> 1. Applicant shall sign the enclosed application for water service. <br /> 2. Applicant shall install a water meter of the type, size and location approved by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Works. <br /> 3. Any interruption to the existing water system shall only be done by the Utility Maintenance Division. <br /> 4. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the Building Department. <br /> 5. Applicant shall pay a monthly billed water rate based on a fixed rate meter charge per meter size plus <br /> metered rate times the water meter readings <br /> This will-serve shall expire 12 months from the date of this letter.
