SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />1/30/2023 <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />COUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K <br />2575 COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, STOCKTON <br />January 18, 2023 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />318 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The diesel spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or <br />replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Note: The monitoring system certification testing is incomplete due to the 87 and 91/diesel tank annular and <br />smart sensors not being tested. Per technician, the annular sensors could not be accessed for testing. Testing <br />is required to be done by 1/31/2023 and a 48-hour notice must be provided to the EHD. All EHD staff time <br />associated with the re -inspection will be billed at the current hourly rate. <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection (1/18/2023). A complete <br />report was finished on 1/27/2023 and replaces the initial checklist.
