Testing has not been completed and is two months past due. Smart
sensors(vacuum sensors)have not been tested.
REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. The-420 liquid sensors were tested and no
vacuum was observed when the caps were removed.
-S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 vacuum sensors were in no vacuum alarm at the time of inspection. According to the
technician, the site is using Blueline penetration boots in the UDCs that are deteriorating, causing the secondary
containment to leak and creating no vacuum alarms for a smart sensors.
REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest
possible opportunity.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the
alarm under permit and inspection of the EHD.
This is a repeat violation, Class II.
FA0006439 PR0231070 SC333 03/15/2023
EHD 23-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 4 of 6 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR
1868 E.
