REHS <br />In order for you to use your Limited Quantity Hauling Exemption you need to do <br />the following two things: <br />1 -Fill out the enclosed renewal application. <br />2 -Pay the enclosed bill <br />If we do not receive your completed application with your paw you will not <br />have a current Limited Quantity Hauling Application exemption and will not be in <br />compliance with the Medical Waste Management Act. These applications must <br />be renewed annually for you to qualify for this exemption.
