Subject: 0San Joaquin General Hospital • Page 3 of 3
Hi Dennis,
I am following up on your medical waste inspection from May 27, 2008. I haven't heard back
about the corrections for the rest of the violations. Can you provide me with some documentation
that all violations have been corrected? Photos showing corrected violations would be good
(proper signage etc.)
Thanks Dennis.
Kasey Foley, REHS
Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, CA 95202-3029
(209)468-3451
kfoley0sjcehd.com
From: Dennis Gorton [SIGH]
Sent: Tuesday, June 03, 2008 3:37 PM
To: Kasey Foley [EH]
Cc: Richard Aldred [SIGH]; George H. Muse [SIGH]
Subject: San Joaquin General Hospital
Per our conversation, I wanted to inform you that the hospital has made the decision to
partner with Biosystems for the disposal of our sharps and pharmaceutical waste. We
need to present the plan to the Infection Control Committee and Safety Committee for
approval. This will happen in the next two weeks. Once approved, implementation and
training will follow. I will keep you informed with our progress.
8/5/2008
