No major violations. No re-inspection. BAKER <br />Restaurant was unaware of complaint. No employees have reported being sick. <br />Food manager certification and food handler cards reviewed during the inspection. <br />Probe thermometer available. Hand washing stations complete and quat sanitizer <br />available at 300 ppm. Beef patties are received and stored inside the three door <br />Trualsen cooler, then moved to one of three prep top coolers at the cook's line, <br />cooked and served to the customer. Cooler temperatures at 41 F or below. <br />Cooking utensils are changed out every four hours. Burger toppings are stored <br />inside the walk-in cooler and moved the the prep top coolers at the cook's line <br />prior to assembly. Temperatures of coolers at 41 F or below. Tomatoes, onions, <br />lettuce and potatoes are received whole and are cleaned and cut on site. <br />Potatoes for french fries are peeled and stored inside walk-in cooler prior to being <br />cut and fried and served to the customer. Spread packets are stored inside <br />walk-in cooler and then moved to the two drawer, one door cooler at the drive thru. <br />Temperatures were at 41 F and below. Pink lemonade concentrate is received in <br />bags and is stored in the walk-in cooler. Pink lemonade concentrate is mixed with <br />water and then put in dispensers for serving to customers. Whole lemons were <br />observed in walk-in cooler. Whole lemons are not used in the lemonade and are <br />chopped for customers to use at self service. Gloves are used when handling <br />food.
