No major violations. No re-inspection. Facility is aware of BAKER <br />the complaint and the restroom works off and on. Entire building is having <br />plumbing problems. Plumber was on site at the time of the inspection. Restroom <br />was observed in good working order. Toilet paper was lacking in the restroom. <br />Maintain toilet paper dispenser stocked and in good repair at all times. Ensure <br />restroom is in good working order at all times. <br />Discussed inspection report with Kylie Kims (Manager).
