SANJOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNIY <br />Time In: 2:11 pm <br />Time Out: 2:26 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: EMPRESSO COFFEEHOUSE Date: 12/12/2022 <br />Address: 1231 W MARCH LN, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: TROY BURKE INC Telephone: (209) 851-3903 <br />Program Element: 1624- RESTAURANT/BAR 21-50 SEATS Complaint #: C00055407 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATED SHE WAS AT FACILITY LAST NIGHT AROUND 6:30 PM. THERE IS ONLY ONE RESTROOM, <br />WHICH HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER FOR WEEKS. EMPLOYEES ARE HAVING TO WALK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT <br />TO PLANET FITNESS TO USE THE RESTROOM. <br />***COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. Facility is aware of the complaint and the restroom works off <br />and on. Entire building is having plumbing problems. Plumber was on site at the time of the inspection. Restroom was <br />observed in good working order. Toilet paper was lacking in the restroom. Maintain toilet paper dispenser stocked and in <br />good working order at all times. Ensure restroom is in good working order at all times. <br />Discussed inspection report with Kylie Kims (Manager). Official inspection report was emailed to the operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
